The cottage is situated on the shore of the clear-water Lake Suontijärvi and was renovated in 2016.
You can enjoy fishing by angling, spin fishing, or spear fishing in the darkness of the night. You will also find excellent berry- and mushroom-picking forests nearby.
You can access the marked nature trail right next to the lakeside sauna; the trail is approximately 1 km long.
